- Transport Vehicle Usage Policies: Internal conduct standards, prohibition of smoking or consuming non-permitted substances on board, and care of the vehicle's furnishings.
- Domestic and International Travel Conditions: Logistical details applicable according to the type of route and specific border-crossing requirements.

- Vice Ministry of Transport (VMT): All our tourist transport units have the regulatory authorizations and corresponding valid operating permits.
- National Tourism Registry (RNT): We are duly accredited in the national registry to guarantee the legality and suitability of the services offered.
- Certified Drivers: Highly professional drivers, duly accredited by the VMT and specialized in national and international tourist routes.
- Road and Tourism Safety: Strict compliance with all international traffic regulations and preventive mechanical maintenance protocols.
